What can I say, Facebook has gotten the best of me! The kids are now 5 and 3. They are very independent. Mallie loves her barbies, swimming, and baby dolls. Reid still loves his cars, but found a new love the x-box. He would play it all day if would allow him to. We are almost finished with Reid's second season of tee-ball. It is fun to watch him play and to see the growth in just one year. We are all enjoying our summer off.

Wow! Where Did the Summer Go?
I know it has been along time since I have posted anything. What can I say, life with a four and two year old is busy and a lot of fun. We have had a busy last few months. We have visited the zoo, Big Surf, swimming and more swimming, camping, and the kids favorite so far, Worlds of Fun.
It is so fun to watch the kids grow and do new things everyday. Some of the new things for Reid lately is riding with no training wheels, writing and spelling three letter words, and reading about 25 words now. He also got a dirt bike that he can ride really well. He played on his first tee-ball team, too. I can not believe he will be going to school in one year. He is ready and excited to go, but mommy is not. He also had his first visit to the ER and came out with 7-8 stitches in his tongue.
Mallie is talking more and more all the time. She has quite the personality. Over the past three months she has learned how to count objects up to ten, ride a tricycle, bike with training wheels, and drive a powerwheels jeep and gator. Today I walked into the kitchen and she had a ton of her baby dolls, telephone, doll sippy, and camera at the kids table and was giving her dolls water and having conversations with them. She is becoming such a big girl. Her favorite character and show is still Dora. She watches it at least three times a day.
As far as me, I have been busy coaching 7-9th grade softball and will now do volleyball. It has kept me busy and active. I only have 14 more days of break and then back to routine. I am not looking forward to leaving the kids again, but it will help us stick to a schedule.

Easter
We had a great Easter. It started on Thurday night when Chelly, Jared, Rylee, mom, and dad came to our house. We just sat around and relaxed all night. On Friday, the girls headed down to Osage Beach for a little shopping. That night the mom, dad, and kids helped bake an Easter Bunny cake. They enjoyed helping. On Saturday we heading to Columbia to my brothers house. It was such a nice day we took the kids to the park. They love going to parks! We finished the day with coloring eggs, egg hunt, and a wonderful dinner. Sunday we headed home and had dinner with Barry's family. All the kids enjoyed playing together.
